Dream Builders Group LLC provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms designed to assist users with productivity, automation, and business operations. Our current product offerings include:

• MenuGrocer: AI-powered grocery planning and menu optimization platform available at menugrocer.com.
• AImarkOS: AI-driven marketing operating system available at aimarkos.com.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

Section 03

Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Account Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and be responsible for all activity under your account.
• Accurate Information: Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• Unauthorized Access: Notify us immediately at support@dreambuildersgroupllc.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

Section 04

Payments & Subscriptions

Certain services are offered on a subscription or paid basis. The following terms apply:

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge the applicable fees.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
• Pricing Changes: Pricing is subject to change. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes.
• Refunds: Refund policies are determined on a per-product basis and will be communicated within each product's service terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services to engage in:

• Illegal Activity: Any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services, systems, or networks.
• System Interference: Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of our services or servers.
• Harmful Content: Uploading, transmitting, or distributing harmful, abusive, or malicious content.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations of this section.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, code, branding, trademarks, and materials associated with our services — including MenuGrocer and AImarkOS — are owned by or licensed to Dream Builders Group LLC. All rights are reserved.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Dream Builders Group LLC's name, trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without prior written consent.

Section 07

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of our services.

Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability clauses.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Section 09

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dream Builders Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Florida.
